I chose HR to be my career playground as I believe this profession can really make a difference. An organization cannot thrive in the absence of a strong people strategy. For me, HR Hub is the best vehicle to inspire other professionals in my field to see their role as it is - a strategic one, not a support function. I like to call myself an HR Shapeshifter, as over 10 years I tasted all HR areas from recruitment, to C&B & consulting. Currently I work as a Talent Strategist, a fancy name for a project manager with focus on organizational culture and employee experience covering behavioral change, performance culture, inclusion and wellbeing.
