Donatella de Vita graduates in Philosophy at Università degli Studi di Milano, later obtaining a Master Degree in Psicology of Labour. She also attended in 90’ the two-year certification programme at Università Cattolica di Milano in “Psycho-socio-analysis” (PSOA). She starts her professional career in Human Resources, managing Sourcing and Training activities at Gruppo La Rinascente and afterwards at Deutsche Bank Italy. Later on, she joins Pirelli Group where she become responsible, at international level, of Learning, Executive Development and Internal Communication. Over the years she also cover responsibilities as Human Resources manager of various Business Units and Companies within Pirelli Group. In 2012 she is appointed as responsible globally of Learning & Development. In 2022 she is appointed as responsible globally of Welfare, Engagement and DE&I programmes for HR. She frequently participates as speaker at international HR community events and regularly is hosted in Business Schools as speaker from world of practice. From 2015 Donatella de Vita is regularly involved in EQUIS Peer Review processes as Corporate representative. From 2022 she is also member of the EQUIS Accreditation Board.
