About Simona:
I've been in the tech industry for more than ten years and consider myself lucky for the chance to work every day with people who challenge me to be better, who initiate ideas, and projects, and who constantly "upgrade" themselves. In all these years, I have managed various projects and teams and implemented new HR models in large organizations with cross-regional and cross-functional teams. After all this time, I am still fascinated by the evolution of this industry and believe there is still a lot to learn and build on. I believe in a structured way of working, but I see value in staying flexible and agile. And I believe in the power of partnership between HR and technology people to create strong teams and generate positive change for people. I'm in a constant exercise of keeping an open mind, relying on data, but also listening to my intuition.
