She studied in London, England and has a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from Washington State University. Rhonda holds a master’s degree in education, from Moreland University and is a certified yoga instructor within the International Yoga Alliance. Mattias has been working in the learning and development space both as a consultant, as a leadership coach and in different corporate roles for over 15 years. Mattias has always explored new digital tools and ways how to create more impact and better efficiency in the learning and development area. The evolution of more advanced learning systems and AI have now opened the door for a skills driven approach to talent management and this is something Mattias is enthusiastic about.
