Lessons from Nokia Voice. 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀: It’s 2026. Engagement isn’t driven by newsletters or town halls. The next generation of talent connects differently. Social. Mobile. Authentic and participative. Yet many organizations still rely on communication models built for a different era. At Nokia, early-career engagement signals told a clear story: traditional channels were effective at distributing information but less effective at building belief and participation. This session explores what happened when we stopped asking how to communicate to early-career talent, and started redesigning how they participate. Introducing ‘Nokia Voice’. Where leadership visibility increased, dialogue became real and engagement patterns shifted significantly compared to legacy channels. Because for the next generation in the workforce, engagement isn’t about receiving updates. It’s about being heard.

𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Spacious Leadership in the Age of AI. Why Slowing Down Is a Strategic Advantage 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀: AI accelerates analysis and execution, but it does not accelerate sense-making. As options multiply and speed increases, leaders risk closing decisions before shared understanding has stabilized. The result is fragile outcomes under uncertainty. This session introduces “Spacious Leadership” as a practical discipline for leading in high-velocity environments. Learn when to step back, when to intervene, and how to create the conditions for sound decisions under pressure.
