Elaine Barsoom is a senior advisor who helps executive teams turn emerging technologies and partnerships into sustained business growth. Over the course of her career, she has advised on and structured more than $1B in joint ventures, strategic alliances, and acquisitions, helping organizations convert innovation ambition into durable commercial advantage. In this role, she led the evaluation and diligence of more than 300 startups and technology providers, designed partnership models with global technology leaders, and supported the transition of early experimentation into scalable enterprise capabilities across engineering, marketing, HR, e-commerce, and corporate domains. 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: The GenAI Innovation Wave: Designing the Age of Co-Intelligence 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀: Across industries and geographies, leaders are experimenting at extraordinary speed. But experimentation alone does not answer the deeper question. What kind of relationship are we building between humans and AI? One of replacement? Or one of amplification? This keynote explores how we move from fascination to intention. From deployment to design. From isolated use cases to a broader vision of co-intelligence that strengthens creativity, accountability, and strategic clarity. Because the most important innovation of this wave is not the model. It is the mindset. The future will not be built by AI alone. It will be built by humans who understand how to shape intelligence responsibly, ethically, and imaginatively.
